Physikalisch-chemische Eigenschaften

Physicochemical properties

Safety testing in accordance with GLP takes into consideration European Community (EC) Regulation No. 1907/2006 (REACH regulation), which entered into force on 1 June 2007. The acronym REACH stands for the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals. This regulation provides for the implementation of physicochemical, toxicological and ecotoxicological tests for the categorisation and identification of the agent undergoing evaluation.

Our service for you:

  • We carry out physicochemical testing of chemical industry intermediates as stipulated by the German Chemicals Act in line with OECD guidelines in our GLP certified laboratory.
  • The range of physicochemical tests includes the following: determination of slip and boiling points, determination of density, determination of partition coefficients, determination of water solubility and testing for flammability and combustibility.
  • Quantitative analysis of samples generated in toxicological testing (toxicokinetics) as well as ecotoxicological tests (various types of fish and daphnia testing)
  • Development and validation of analytical methods for quantitative analysis of samples from physicochemical, toxicological and ecotoxicological tests.
  • Preparation of documentation required for marketing authorisation
